Mark Spoto

Mark is a co-founder and Managing Director of Razor's Edge Ventures, based in Reston, VA. He focuses on space, software, sensor and autonomous technologies.  His investments include Spaceflight Industries, HawkEye 360, 908 Devices, Mersive, Zoomdata and Ursa Space Systems.  Prior to Razor's Edge, Mark was a partner at the Reston office of national technology law form Cooley LLP in the VC and M&A areas, and an aerospace engineer at McDonnell Douglas Space Systems working on the Titan IV rocket.
